After we receive your child's forms by fax, mail, or email your case will be reviewed and assigned to a provider. This process may take up to a week given the volume of new referrals that we are receiving. Generally, we communicate with prospective new patients via email in order to gather information about presenting problems, what services are needed, insurance questions, and any questions you may have.
